How Vurkr handles discovery form data.

What we collect

When you submit the discovery form, we collect only the information needed to understand your request and contact you back.

• Name, company, phone number or LINE ID
• Business type and the message you choose to send
• Basic technical signals used to reduce spam, such as submission timing, IP-derived request limits, and a hidden honeypot field

Why we use it

We use the data to prepare a discovery call, respond to your inquiry, design an initial Vurkr role around your business context, and protect the form from abuse.

Who can access it

Access is limited to the Vurkr or Work&Co team members who need the information to respond. We may process the message through the configured email provider and website hosting provider. We do not sell lead information.

How long we keep it

Discovery leads may be retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and business record purposes, unless you ask us to delete the information earlier or become an active customer with a separate agreement.

Cookies and analytics

The current website does not set non-essential cookies by itself. If we add analytics, ads pixels, or similar tracking later, we will add consent controls before those scripts run.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your form data by contacting workandco.contact@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before making changes.
